Successfully created and implemented a cross-platform content marketing strategy.

The San Jose Sharks transformed into “Los Tiburones” for a special Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, partnering with the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley (HFSV) to amplify Latino culture and community impact. This collaboration included an auction of Los Tiburones-themed jerseys worn by the players during warm-ups, with all proceeds benefiting HFSV’s mission.

Guided by a commitment to authentic storytelling and community engagement, I cultivated strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of this initiative. Leveraging HFSV’s brand voice, I developed purpose-driven social media content and digital communications that connected deeply with supporters and inspired action.

The impact was extraordinary: for the first time in our five-year partnership, over 100 game tickets were sold, and the jersey auction raised more than $30,000. These funds directly support HFSV’s mission to inspire philanthropy and invest in educational achievement, leadership development, and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for Latinos and the Silicon Valley community.

This partnership exemplifies how meaningful collaborations and purpose-driven communication can create a lasting impact, uniting communities and elevating shared values.
